4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, payment schedules, and final payment, will be specified in the individual service agreement. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Trustworthy Video Ale or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Client Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property in any materials you provide to us for your video project.
Project Deliverables: Upon final payment, full ownership and copyright of the final video deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We retain the right to use portions of the final video for our portfolio and promotional purposes, unless specifically disallowed by the client in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustworthy Video Ale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
